Moderator
Keep the Ark welcoming and safe, help members when they need it, and lead by example. Above-average moderation, run by people, not bots.
A real time commitment. Staff from other departments get priority.
ROLE · EVENTS
Events Creator
Start and run your own events. Bring a podcast, stream your games, or run something nobody's tried yet.
A lighter process: just a proposal to get approved.
ROLE · RECRUITMENT
Recruiter
Be an ambassador for the Refuge: welcome newcomers, help with social media, and track activity and retention.
For many of our leaders, this was the first staff role on the way to bigger things.
Every role comes with training, one-on-one leadership support, and a team working toward the same goals. Staff positions are unpaid, so only apply if you can commit to the workload.
